The real reason we wanted to have a table side cocktail here at Barry's is because of the human interaction portion of it. If you recall correctly, we opened during a time period where we were going through some regulations with the pandemic, and people were a little bit tired of being separated from each other. So adding a table side cocktail into the mix is something that give us the chance to showcase what we do from a hospitality standpoint and increase the amount of interaction there is between people that work here at Berry's and people that come to visit Berry's. And with a table side cocktail, you have the chance to have something curated for your table side. You get to look at the cocktail list. You get to pick a spirit. You get to pick which cocktail you'd like. Although we recommend an old fashioned or Manhattan, but sky's the limit. And you're having a dialogue, which is what hospitality is. You have a dialogue with your server or you're having a dialogue with the person that's actually making the drink for you. And it just makes for an enhanced hospitality experience overall. So that's the main inspiration for why we wanted to do this program.
